Troop 560 Scouts, Scouters, and Parents,

TroopMaster Web is the online version of the same tool we use to keep track of Troop activities, service projects, campouts, Scout rank advancement, Scout merit badges.

Scouts:  You can monitor your own progress by looking at your profile to see things like;

  • Advancement Summaries:  see what requirements and merit badges have been recorded and are being counted toward your next rank, and which requirements are remaining
  • Merit Badge Counselors:  see who is a merit badge counselor for what badges, and get their contact information
  • Participation:  See what activities (campouts, service projects and hours, etc) you've participated in, and how those activities are counting toward your new rank
  • Leadership:  See what leadership roles and duration have been recorded in TroopMaster and whether those have been automatically taken into account for your rank advancement.

Scouters:  You can look at your own information, and run reports on participation.  There are many capabilities we could explore once we become more comfortable with the tool and process.  Some of the additional capabilities include the tracking of training expiration (when does your youth protection training expire), health form expiration tracking, etc, etc, etc.

Parents:  You can have your own account access with the ability see the same information your Scout can see.  If you have multiple Scouts in the Troop, the tool allows us to link each of your Scouts to your account.
